About the Role
Unified Mentor is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales / Business Development Associate with relevant sales experience and strong communication skills to promote its educational programs and drive revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Pitch and promote courses offered by Unified Mentor across domains such as AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Web Development, Digital Marketing, and other programs.
- Connect with prospective learners, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads, address queries,
and convert prospects into successful enrollments.
- Achieve a monthly revenue target assigned.
- Maintain lead records and share regular sales performance updates.
Required Skills
- Relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, or Telesales.
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle leads, close sales, and achieve revenue targets.
Compensation & Growth The initial three months will be considered the probation period. Upon successful completion of the probation period, a salary hike & attractive incentives will be provided based on individual performance.
