As a BDA Intern, you will be crucial in expanding our market footprint across different regions. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and pitch the right solutions from our diverse portfolio. Since our target audience spans various regions, fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is absolutely essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and customers across multiple platforms.
- Brand Representation: Pitch and cross-sell our portfolio of brands based on the specific needs of the prospect.
- Client Communication: Handle inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls in English, Tamil, and Hindi to ensure clear and effective communication with a diverse client base.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Assist in tracking leads, scheduling meetings, and maintaining up-to-date records in our CRM/database.
- Market Research:



Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities to help refine our business development strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the core sales and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute growth campaigns.

Requirements

- Language Proficiency: Must have professional proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi (Spoken and Written).
- Education: Recent graduates or final-year students pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Drive & Agility: A proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple brands and adapt to a rapid-paced startup environment.
- Basic Tools: Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools is a plus.
