Role Description The Business Associate role at Fraoula is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting core business operations in a data-driven environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with financial analyses, preparing business reports, and contributing to planning and performance tracking. The role involves communicating with internal stakeholders, supporting customer-facing teams with account-related inquiries, and helping coordinate business processes and documentation.

Associate will also contribute to improving workflows, gathering feedback from customers and internal teams,



and providing insights that help Fraoula refine its products and services for regulated enterprises.

Qualifications

- Strong sales skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-informed business decisions.
- Foundational knowledge of sales, marketing and business concepts, with the ability to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly in written and verbal form to diverse stakeholders.
- Customer service mindset, with experience or interest in supporting customers and internal teams in a professional and responsive manner.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with solid time management, self-organization, and attention to detail.
- Interest in or familiarity with regulated industries such as Fintech or Healthtech, and an understanding of the importance of data quality and compliance.
- Proficiency with common business productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms).
