BPO – E-commerce

Location: Pune (In-Office | Local Candidates Only)

Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC

Employment Type: Full-Time (5.5 Days per Week)

Role Overview

We are hiring Customer & Seller Support Executives in Pune to assist sellers on an e-commerce platform. You will handle merchant queries, resolve account or order issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle seller inquiries via voice, chat, or email and provide timely resolutions.
- Troubleshoot account, listing, and order issues following standard guidelines.
- Manage escalations and coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical queries.

Eligibility & Skills

- Experience: E-commerce/Customer Service background (Domestic/International) OR a Non-E-commerce background with mandatory International Customer Support experience.
- Communication: Robust English skills (B2/B2+ level).
- Flexibility: Open to rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
