Role Description The Business Analyst role at IMAGECON ACADEMY is a full-time, on-site position based in Salem.

The Business

Analyst will work closely with academic and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to training programs, operations, and student engagement. This role involves mapping and improving business processes, preparing reports and dashboards on performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to optimize course offerings and operational efficiency.

Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations, support decision-making, and assist in implementing new initiatives and tools.



Day-to-day responsibilities also include stakeholder communication, preparing business presentations, and ensuring alignment between organizational goals and training outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and the ability to draw insights from quantitative and qualitative information.
- Candidates should possess business analysis and business requirements skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and translating stakeholder needs into clear specifications.
- Candidates should possess business process skills, including process mapping, workflow analysis, and identifying areas for improvement in academic and operational processes.
- Candidates should possess communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Relevant experience in education, training, or technology-driven organizations is beneficial.
- Familiarity with basic data analysis tools (such as Excel, spreadsheets, or BI dashboards) and project coordination practices is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, maintain attention to detail, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
