Role Description This is a full-time, in office Data Analyst role based in Puducherry (Pondicherry) with rotational shifts and no work-from-home option.

The Data

Analyst will work with healthcare and pharmaceutical-related datasets, performing data entry, data validation, and basic data analysis to support US pharma marketing research projects. Daily tasks include preparing and cleaning data, generating standard reports, maintaining databases, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines. The role involves collaborating with project leads and IT teams to resolve data issues, document processes, and meet project timelines.

Fresh graduates with B.Sc, B.Tech, BCA,



or MCA in Computer Science are welcome to apply; the compensation package ranges from 14,000 to 18,000 INR per month.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science (B.Sc, B.Tech, BCA, or MCA), with openness to freshers interested in healthcare and pharma data work.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and perform basic statistical analysis.
- Candidates should possess foundational technical skills such as MS Excel or Google Sheets, database basics (SQL preferred), and comfort working with large datasets.
- Candidates should possess good communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate in teams and follow structured processes and guidelines.
- Candidates should possess flexibility to work rotational shifts, a high level of attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality in handling healthcare data.
- Beneficial qualifications include prior internship or project experience in data analysis, exposure to healthcare or pharma domains, and familiarity with data visualization tools.
