Role Description The Brand Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.

The Brand

Executive will support the development and execution of brand strategies across digital, print, and broadcast channels, ensuring consistency of brand messaging and positioning. Daily responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, conducting basic market and competitor analysis, managing brand assets, and assisting in the creation of communication materials.



The role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to align brand initiatives with business objectives, track campaign performance, and prepare reports and presentations.

The Brand

Executive will also help maintain brand guidelines and contribute ideas to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Brand Strategy and Brand Management to support the planning and implementation of cohesive brand initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research and Brand Marketing to analyze audiences, monitor trends, and drive effective marketing campaigns.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, interact with clients, and develop clear brand messaging.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in digital marketing or advertising, familiarity with social media platforms, and basic analytical skills for campaign performance tracking.
- A Master's Degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 B School is desired.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and manage multiple projects, is preferred.
