Role Description This full time, on-site Boomi Integration Specialist role is based in Hyderabad and is focused on designing, developing, and maintaining Boomi integrations for enterprise systems. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, model processes, configure connectors, and ensure secure, reliable data flows between applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing Boomi integrations, monitoring and troubleshooting integration issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing performance enhancements.

The role also involves participating in solution architecture discussions, preparing technical documentation, supporting deployment activities, and adhering to best practices and governance standards. Collaboration with project managers, business analysts,



and other engineers is essential to deliver scalable integration solutions that align with client and organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to design, review, and optimize Boomi integration solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess deep Integration expertise, particularly in Boomi Integration and Boomi Implementation, including connectors, process flows, and error handling.
- Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting skills to diagnose integration failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills, including experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and scripting or programming languages relevant to integration projects.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration, with significant hands-on work using Boomi AtomSphere or similar iPaaS platforms.
- Experience integrating ERP, CRM, and other business applications (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365) in complex, distributed environments.
- Understanding of data mapping, transformation, and integration patterns, as well as security and compliance considerations in integration design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant Boomi certifications and experience
