Role Description The Senior BD Executive role at ApoKOS Rehabilitation is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The BD Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with hospitals, clinics, corporates, and referral networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to design and promote rehabilitation services and programs.





The role involves conducting market research, organizing outreach activities and presentations, tracking sales pipelines, and reporting performance metrics to leadership. The BD Executive will also support branding initiatives, participate in events and medical conferences, and ensure a consistent, professional representation of ApoKOS in the healthcare community.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and convert growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Business and Account Management to handle client portfolios and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to engage with healthcare professionals, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, hospitals, or rehabilitation services business development is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with field work, client visits, and representing the organization at events and industry forums.
