Role Description The Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing) will focus on identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients for the agency’s digital marketing services. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting discovery calls, understanding client requirements, and preparing tailored proposals and presentations. The role involves coordinating with internal marketing and delivery teams to design solutions, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

The BDE will also track performance metrics, update CRM records,



participate in client meetings, and represent the company at relevant events and online platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Robust understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, performance marketing, and branding.
- Skills in lead generation, prospecting, client outreach, and relationship management for B2B or agency environments.
- Ability to conduct needs analysis, develop proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate to close deals.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms to manage pipelines and reporting.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a professional client-facing approach.
- Capability to collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to translate client requirements into solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in digital marketing sales or agency business development is highly beneficial.
