Role Description As a Baremetal Developer at ACL Digital, you will work on low-level software development directly on hardware platforms to enable reliable and high-performance embedded solutions. This full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru involves designing, implementing, and optimizing bare-metal applications, device drivers, and board support packages. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define system requirements, conduct hardware-software integration, and troubleshoot complex issues using debugging tools and instrumentation.

Daily responsibilities include writing clean and efficient C/C++ code, performing code reviews, optimizing memory and performance usage,



and preparing technical documentation for internal and client stakeholders. You will contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, support release cycles, and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and security guidelines.

Qualifications :

- Experience level : 4 - 12 Years.
- Location : Bangalore.
- Strong programming skills in low-level languages such as C and C++, with experience in bare-metal or embedded systems development.
- Knowledge of microcontroller and processor architectures (e.g., ARM, x86, or similar), including interrupt handling, memory management, and peripheral interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up, device drivers, board support packages, and hardware-software integration.
- Proficiency with debugging and diagnostic tools (e.g., JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes) and familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of real-time constraints, performance optimization, and secure coding practices for embedded environments.
- Ability to read and interpret hardware schematics, datasheets, and technical specifications, and to collaborate closely with hardware engineers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
- B.Techor M.Tech degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; prior experience in embedded or bare-metal development is highly preferred.
