JOB OBJECTIVE:

To promote and sell residential solar rooftop systems by generating leads, conducting home assessments, educating customers, and closing sales with a customer-first approach. The role focuses on growing Satya Solar’s presence in the residential segment by driving conversions, building trust with homeowners, and ensuring smooth customer experience from enquiry to project completion.

Salary- Upto 25000/-

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate new leads through field visits, housing societies, local networks, RWAs, and digital inquiries.
- Conduct site surveys, roof assessments, load analysis, and gather customer requirements for proposal creation.
- Present product information, financial benefits (savings, subsidies, payback), and ROI calculations clearly to homeowners.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in paperwork for subsidy, net metering, and installation documentation.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into closed sales.
- Coordinate with the design, engineering, and installation team for on-time project execution.




- Track daily leads, follow-ups, visits, and sales reports in CRM / tracking formats.
- Educate customers about government schemes, DISCOM processes, net metering, and solar maintenance.
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners and secure referral leads from existing customers.
- Support local marketing activities such as kiosk setups, camps, door-to-door promotions, and society events.
- Solve customer queries and ensure smooth post-sales transition to the installation team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any field: BBA / BCom / BA / BSc / Diploma (preferred for field sales).
- Prior experience in residential / direct field sales is preferred (Solar, appliances, insurance, real estate, electronics).
- Freshers with robust communication skills can also apply.
- Basic understanding of electrical load, rooftop assessment, and solar products is an advantage.
