Role Description The Associate Property Manager role at JadeCaps is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. In this role, the individual will oversee day-to-day management of assigned properties, including coordinating check-ins and check-outs, handling guest queries, and ensuring that each stay meets JadeCaps’ quality and service standards.

Responsibilities include liaising with property owners, supervising housekeeping and maintenance, conducting regular property inspections, and ensuring that listings are accurate and up to date across platforms.

Manager will also support local pricing and occupancy strategies, report operational issues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve guest experience and property performance. This role requires a strong on-ground presence, timely response to operational needs, and a customer-centric approach to both owners and guests.

Qualifications

- Experience in property management, hospitality operations, or real estate coordination; ability to manage multiple properties and stakeholders.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle guest interactions professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Organizational and time-management skills to oversee schedules, inspections, vendor coordination, and daily operational tasks.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and platforms for updating listings, tracking bookings, and reporting property performance.
- Attention to detail in maintaining property standards, cleanliness, safety checks, and inventory control.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, including occasional evening or weekend availability as required by guest operations.
- Prior experience in short-term rentals or hospitality in Bengaluru is an advantage; familiarity with local vendors and regulations is beneficial.
- Relevant education in hospitality, business, or property management is preferred, though candidates with strong practical experience are encouraged to apply.
