Job Title: Associate Program Manager - JEE NEET Operations

Role Summary
This role is the operational and academic leader for 3-4 schools, responsible for driving student outcomes in STEM (JEE/NEET) through curriculum tracking, teacher development, and data-driven interventions. You will build trust with school leadership, manage on-ground operations, and bridge the gap between Avanti's vision and execution to support students from low-income communities.
Key Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics.
- 3-6 years of experience in Education Operations or Academic Coordination.
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and willing to travel extensively (10-15 days/month) to rural schools.
