Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, including understanding their academic goals, recommending suitable programs, and providing clear information about eligibility, curriculum, fees, and timelines.

The Admissions

Counselor will handle inbound and outbound counseling calls, respond to queries via email and messaging platforms, and maintain accurate records in the admissions system. They will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate application processing, follow up with applicants to ensure timely completion of documentation,



and support outreach initiatives such as webinars, information sessions, and campus events. The role requires consistent engagement with learners to build trust, provide personalized support, and contribute to overall enrollment and learner success objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively counsel diverse learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver a positive admissions experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert inquiries into enrollments through ethical, consultative guidance.
- Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience, such as familiarity with higher education pathways, programs, and admissions processes.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with CRM or admissions management tools, strong organizational and follow-up skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, prior experience in counseling, admissions, or education services, and fluency in English and Hindi (or other regional languages) are highly desirable.
