Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions and study-abroad process, including program selection, application requirements, and timelines.

The Admissions

Counselor will conduct consultations, respond to inquiries, and provide clear, accurate information about partner institutions, programs, and services. Daily responsibilities include maintaining student records, coordinating with internal teams and partner institutions, and supporting students with documentation, tests,



and pre-departure preparation. The role also includes building relationships with local communities, participating in outreach activities, and contributing to enrollment goals while ensuring an excellent student experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide timely support, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience throughout the admissions process.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert inquiries into enrollments, achieve intake targets, and promote relevant programs and services.
- Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience, particularly in international education or student counseling, to guide applicants accurately.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms; prior experience in admissions, student recruitment, or counseling is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, collaborate with diverse teams, and uphold inclusive, ethical, and transparent advisory practices.
