Big Kreation Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Accounts Executive to join our growing team and manage day-to-day accounting, financial documentation, vendor payments, GST compliance, and event-related financial operations.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial entries.
- Prepare and verify sales, purchase, and expense invoices.
- Handle GST-related documentation, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Process vendor payments and track outstanding receivables.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts.
- Maintain event-wise budgets, cost sheets, and expense reports.
- Coordinate with the operations team for event expenses, advances, and settlements.
- Assist with TDS, monthly financial reports, and documentation for audits.
- Track client billing,



payment follow-ups, and cash flow records.
- Ensure accurate financial records for all corporate events and projects.

? Requirements:

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting; event management, hospitality, or MICE industry experience will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and organisational skills.
