Role DescriptionThe Accounts Receivable Analyst role at R1 RCM is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Indore, suitable for fresh graduates looking to start their qualified careers.

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, candidates will be trained to understand and support healthcare revenue cycle and accounts receivable processes. The role involves reviewing account information, analyzing outstanding balances, identifying discrepancies, updating account records, and taking appropriate follow-up actions.

Candidates will work closely with internal teams and learn how to analyze account data, maintain accurate documentation, follow established processes,



and support the timely resolution of outstanding receivables.

This role provides freshers with an opportunity to develop skills in healthcare revenue cycle management, accounts receivable, analytical thinking, professional communication, and business operations.

Qualifications

- Graduation is mandatory. Candidates from the 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduating batches can apply.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- B.Tech / B.E. candidates are not eligible.
- Candidates should possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates should have basic analytical and problem-solving abilities with an aptitude for working with numbers and account-related information.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office will be an advantage.

- The role follows a 5-day working schedule with Saturday and Sunday as fixed weekly offs.
