Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries. The role involves preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring accurate tax and GST compliance in line with current regulations. The Accountant will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to support audits, financial reviews, and statutory filings.

Responsibilities also include maintaining organized financial records, reconciling bank statements, and supporting payroll-related accounting.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid core accounting skills, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess taxation and compliance skills, such as knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax rules, and experience with statutory filings and audit support.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and tools, including MS Excel, ERP or accounting platforms, and basic data analysis capabilities.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to interpret financial data for decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with internal teams, clients, and external advisors.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA/CPA/CMA or pursuing) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an accounting, finance, or consulting environment, especially in handling multiple clients or SMEs, will be beneficial.
