- Role Description The Accountant role at Exello is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara.

Accounting

Purchase and sales entries, journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliation

GST & taxation

GST returns, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B,



e-invoicing and e-way bills, as applicable

Receivables

Customer outstanding statements, payment follow-ups, ageing reports

Payables

Supplier payments, due-date tracking and purchase reconciliation

Banking

Bank reconciliation, payment preparation and cash-flow tracking

Tally / ERP

Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and Excel

Trading operations

Purchase invoices, sales invoices, credit notes, debit notes and stock reconciliation

Financial reporting

Monthly P&L; inputs, expense reports and outstanding summaries

Responsibility

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications
- Experience in an industrial, distribution, or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
