Role Description The Project Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Project

Engineer will support the planning, design, and execution of air pollution control and biomass drying projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical accuracy and on-time delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing project plans and schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders,



reviewing engineering drawings and specifications, and supporting procurement and installation activities. The role involves monitoring project progress, managing technical documentation, assisting in commissioning and performance testing, and resolving site-related issues in collaboration with senior engineers.

The Project

Engineer is expected to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance, while contributing to continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills relevant to industrial air pollution control and biomass drying systems.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to handle timelines, resources, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, site teams, and internal departments.
- Candidates should ideally hold a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Candidates should have familiarity with industrial equipment, basic drafting or 3D modeling tools, and understanding of safety and environmental compliance norms.
- Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and readiness to visit project sites as required.
