Role Description The Assistant Producer is a full-time, remote role supporting the end-to-end production of India’s Future Investors. This role helps develop episode concepts, challenge formats, and story arcs that bring money-related decisions and participant journeys to life. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with producers, writers, casting, and post-production teams; preparing production briefs; tracking schedules and deliverables; and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.

The Assistant

Producer will support pre-production planning, assist during shoots (virtual or on-site coordination where needed), and contribute to script notes, research, and content reviews. The role also involves organizing documentation, maintaining production checklists,



and helping ensure the show’s creative vision and brand standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong production support skills, including experience assisting with pre-production, scheduling, logistics, and coordination across creative and technical teams.
- Candidates should possess content development skills, such as contributing to story ideas, reviewing scripts or outlines, and supporting the creation of engaging reality-show formats.
- Candidates should possess organizational and project management skills, including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including transparent written and verbal communication and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in a remote setting.
- Candidates should possess digital and remote-working skills, such as proficiency with productivity tools, video conferencing platforms, and collaborative software used in media production.
- Relevant experience in television, digital content, or reality show production is beneficial, along with an interest in finance, investing, or money-related storytelling.
- A degree or coursework in media, film, communications, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience in production environments is also valued.
