Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Merchandiser role based in Noida.

The Assistant

Merchandiser will support end-to-end order management, including sample development, price negotiations support, production follow-ups, and shipment coordination.

Responsibilities include regular communication with buyers and suppliers, updating order trackers, preparing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely approvals, quality checks, and adherence to delivery schedules.

Merchandiser will also monitor market trends and product performance to assist in planning future collections and sourcing decisions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective coordination with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to understand buyer requirements, product positioning, and market expectations.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support product presentation, merchandising strategies, and basic market analysis.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of apparel and textile products, including fabrics, trims, and production processes.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, email tools).
- A diploma or degree in Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience or internship in merchandising or sourcing.
