Department: Sales / Business Development - International Business (Air / Sea Freight)

Role Description: The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai.

The Assistant

Manager will support day-to-day operations in freight forwarding and logistics, including coordination of air, sea, and road shipments,



monitoring cargo movement, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include managing documentation and customs-related processes, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and supporting adherence to regulatory and client-specific requirements. The role involves tracking performance metrics, assisting in resolving operational issues, and contributing to process improvements and service quality initiatives.

The Assistant

Manager will also support team members, assist in client communication, and help maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

- - Education: Graduate in any discipline. Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / International Business will be an added advantage
- - Experience: 1 to 4 years in International Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Shipping. Freshers with strong communication can also apply
- - Skills Required:
- - Good knowledge of Air Freight / Ocean Freight operations
- - Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
- - Ability to build long term relationships with overseas agents
- - Good coordination, follow-up and time management skills
- - Working knowledge of MS Office, Email and CRM
