About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and consumer-focused Assistant Brand Manager to support brand strategy, drive marketing initiatives, and strengthen brand positioning across key markets. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with robust execution skills to deliver impactful marketing campaigns, understand consumer behavior, and contribute to sustainable brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and executing brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies.
- Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and key marketing KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales, product, creative, and digital marketing teams.




- Support product launches, promotional activities, and brand communication initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign ROI.
- Identify market opportunities and recommend strategies to improve brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements
- MBA in Marketing or a relevant bachelor's degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related function.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and integrated marketing.
- Experience in campaign planning, market research, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
