Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, develop distribution networks, manage channel partners, and expand the market for automotive and industrial lubricants in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for lubricants and grease products.
- Develop and manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and other channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Implement sales strategies, promotional schemes, and product marketing initiatives.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy credit control.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing,



product availability, and customer support.
- Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and regular sales reports.
- Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Relevant experience in selling Lubricants.
- Solid knowledge of distributor and dealer management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
