Role overview

We are looking for an Art Director to lead the brand’s visual expression across campaigns, packaging, photography, video and digital communication. The role requires strong conceptual thinking, hands-on design expertise and the ability to guide creative execution from brief to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual direction for brand campaigns and product launches.
- Establish and maintain design guidelines across typography, colour, layouts, imagery and packaging.
- Lead art direction for product photography, lifestyle photography, campaign films and social media videos.
- Plan shoots, including mood boards, storyboards, shot lists, styling, props and set design.
- Direct photographers, videographers, stylists and production partners during shoots.
- Lead packaging design, ensuring clear information hierarchy, brand consistency and strong shelf appeal.
- Guide design execution across the website, marketplaces, social media, advertising, CRM and offline materials.
- Review artwork, retouching, video edits and colour treatments to maintain creative quality.
- Work closely with brand,



marketing and product teams to translate briefs into effective visual communication.
- Manage creative deliverables within agreed timelines and production budgets.
- Provide clear direction and actionable feedback to designers, editors and external partners.
- Ensure final assets meet platform specifications and print production requirements.

Candidate requirements

- Experience in art direction and visual design for consumer brands or creative agencies; 5–8 years preferred.
- A strong portfolio covering campaigns, packaging, photography and video art direction.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, styling and visual storytelling.
- Experience planning and directing both photography and video shoots.
- Knowledge of packaging design, artwork development and print production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma and video production workflows is an advantage.
- Ability to present creative concepts and explain design decisions clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, project ownership and collaboration skills.
- Experience with kitchenware, food, home, lifestyle or D2C brands is preferred.
