Job responsibilities:

- To lead, Guide & assist the team of Job Engineers/3D Modelers/Designers & Other project supporting personnel to execute FEED/Detailed engineering activities in the field of Living Quarters, offshore/Onshore Buildings Architecture
- Ability to lead team of Engineers/Modelers/Designers and coordination with Clients/PMC/PMT/Vendors
- Understanding scope of work and project specification. Providing inputs for Engineering, Fabrication, hook up and commissioning for planning and scheduling
- Should be able to estimate overall cost for Engineering, Fabrication and Commissioning including Manpower requirement for schedule job
- Must be familiar with international codes, standards and procedures to be applied during FEED and EPC phase and project. He shall have handled FEED Engineers and EPC Contractors and their deliverables. In addition he shall be able to interpret owners specifications, standards and requirements intended for the project and direct contractor accordingly.
- Architectural layout check for space, fire integrity, Hazardous classification and modification based on inputs from other disciplines
- Should be able to estimate overall cost for Engineering,



Fabrication and Commissioning including Manpower requirement for schedule job
- Proficiency in handling domestic as well as international projects, interacting with domestic/international clients and third party approving authorities
- Well conversant with codes and standards like SOLAS, API, AISC, ASME, EN, API, NORSAK, NFPA, NBC, International Plumbing Code, National Plumbing Code, IEC, IECEX,ATEX, NEC, lEE, ASHRAE, SMACNA & DW144. Familiar with the application of Classification Rules SOLAS, MODU, UKCS Regulations etc.
- Working knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit
- Designing of building systems including HVAC, Plumbing, fire protection, electrical and lighting, Acoustics and structural system
- Basic Knowledge of P&ID;'s, PFD's, Utility PMS & VMS, fire suppression systems, safety equipment etc.
- MTO generation
- Positive experience in Architectural Design, Detail Engineering, Fabrication for Oil and Gas Offshore Platform Living Quarters, Technical building in an Engineering consultancy or EPC contracting company.
