Role overview

LexiConn builds and runs content operations for enterprise clients in banking, insurance, education and technology. Everything we make now starts with AI: AI produces the first version, and a person checks every frame and every word before it reaches the client.

We have a mandate to produce hundreds of short training and explainer videos for a financial-services client. Each video has an AI-generated presenter, AI cutaway shots, on-screen graphics and captions, and must follow the client's brand rules exactly. You will be one of the first members of a new in-office video team, working with our video lead and the founder.

Role details

- Location: On-site at the LexiConn office, Andheri West, Mumbai
- Experience: 3+ years in video editing, motion design or video production
- CTC: ₹5–6 LPA
- Engagement: Full-time, 22 working days a month, 8 hours a day, weekends off
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key responsibilities

- Turn approved scripts into shot plans: which line goes on which shot, the framing, and where graphics sit.
- Cut scripts to time and flag when a script is too long for the planned length.
- Generate presenter shots, cutaways and voiceovers with AI tools such as HeyGen, Veo, Runway or ElevenLabs, keeping the same presenter consistent across every shot and every video in a series.
- Edit shots together and add motion graphics, captions and music; export to the client's specs in 16:9 and 9:16.
- Apply client brand guidelines exactly: logo placement, colours, fonts and end plates.
- Check every video at full size before handover for AI errors: wrong currency or text, unwanted logos, lip-sync drift, hidden labels, cut-off lines, poor framing.
- Build templates and reusable assets so production gets faster as the series grows.
- Log your work, hours and checks in our daily work log, and record what you found and fixed.




- Turn around client and internal revisions quickly.

What success looks like

Within three months, you should be able to:

- Deliver finished videos from an approved script independently, to brand spec.
- Keep the presenter, graphics and captions consistent across a full series.
- Catch AI errors yourself, before review, and name what you fixed.
- Cut production time per video through templates and repeatable steps.
- Know when to fix an issue and when to escalate it.

Candidate profile

- 3+ years making or editing video professionally, as an editor, motion designer or producer.
- A portfolio with at least three videos you made, including at least one using AI-generated video, voice or presenter that you can walk us through.
- Hands-on use of at least one AI video tool and one AI voice tool.
- Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or After Effects.
- Good written English, enough to trim a script and spot on-screen text that doesn't match the voiceover.
- Experience with corporate, training or e-learning video, or with large-company brand guidelines, is a plus.
- Hindi or Marathi is a plus, for regional-language versions.
- No programming required.

We are looking for

- Someone who checks their own work without being asked, and treats "looks fine" as not good enough.
- Someone who enjoys directing and fixing AI output, and keeps learning recent tools as they arrive.
- Someone who works well in a small team, takes direct feedback and turns it round fast.

This is not a long-form creative or film-shoot role. It focuses on producing many short AI videos to a fixed standard, quickly and accurately.
