Role Description The Affiliate Relations Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kakori, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves building, nurturing, and expanding relationships with affiliate partners to drive traffic, leads, and revenue. Daily responsibilities include onboarding current affiliates, managing ongoing communications, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns in collaboration with internal marketing and sales teams.

Manager will negotiate partnership terms and payouts, resolve issues,



and ensure affiliates have the resources and support needed to succeed. The role also requires researching new affiliate opportunities, monitoring market trends, and preparing regular reports and insights for leadership.

- Candidates should possess strong Affiliate Relations and Account Management skills to build, maintain, and grow partner networks.
