Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Singrauli for an Agency Recruitment Development Manager. The role involves identifying, recruiting, and onboarding agency advisors and partners to expand the distribution network. The manager will conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and compliance awareness among the agency team.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, setting goals, implementing business development strategies,



and supporting advisors to achieve their sales and customer service targets. The role also requires close collaboration with branch leadership, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and consistent field visits to drive productivity and engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in Training & Development and Training, with the ability to coach and mentor agency teams.
- Proven Recruiting skills, particularly in sourcing, assessing, and onboarding agency advisors or sales personnel.
- Knowledge of Insurance products, life insurance markets, and regulatory guidelines.
- Salary Starting from 2.5L to 5.4L
- Demonstrated capability in sales management, target achievement, and relationship-building.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a specialization in business, finance, or marketing is an advantage.
- Prior experience in life insurance or financial services, especially in agency or distribution management, is preferred.
- Comfort with on-site, field-based work in Singrauli, including regular market visits and partner meetings.
