Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Center Manager to manage the daily operations of the CADPOINT training center, drive student admissions, achieve business targets, and ensure high-quality training and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the training center.
- Lead and supervise counselors, trainers, and administrative staff.
- Handle student enquiries, counseling, admissions, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission, sales, and revenue targets.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase student enrollment.
- Maintain relationships with students, parents, colleges, and industry partners.
- Monitor training quality, student attendance, and course completion.
- Manage staff performance, reports, fee collection, and administrative records.




- Coordinate placement support and student career development.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve student complaints.

Required qualifications and skills

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Experience in center management, education, sales, admissions, or business development is preferred.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Strong student counseling, sales, and team management abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
