We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing / Lead Generation Executive

TactByte Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a DPIIT-recognised, GeM-registered AI & SaaS startup based in Guwahati, incubated at Assam Startup – The Nest and IIM Calcutta Innovation Park. We build AI and automation solutions for businesses and government across Northeast India.

What you’ll market:

- WhatsApp Business automation (Wazlly)
- AI market intelligence (ProblemPulse AI)
- Website design & maintenance
- AI & workflow automation for businesses

What you’ll do:

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google and WhatsApp
- Plan and run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) on a tight budget
- Create posts, reels, carousels and short videos for TactByte and its products
- Manage TactByte’s LinkedIn page, Google Business Profile and website content
- Build lead lists of local businesses and SMEs and hand them to the sales team
- Run WhatsApp and email campaigns
- Track leads, cost per lead and conversions, and report weekly

Who we’re looking for:

- 0–2 years in digital marketing,



social media or lead generation (freshers with a solid portfolio are welcome)
- Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, Canva and LinkedIn; Google Ads is a plus
- Good written English; Assamese is a plus for local campaigns
- Basic understanding of SEO and analytics
- Creative, data-minded, consistent with posting
- Interest in AI, SaaS and tech

What you get:

- Salary: ₹10,000–15,000/month (part-time) or ₹15,000–20,000/month (full-time), based on experience
- Performance incentive per qualified lead or closed deal
- 3-month probation, then confirmation
- Direct work with the founder and full ownership of the brand’s growth
