Location: Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: Fresher to 6 Months
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Type: Full time
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Explain financial products and loan-related services to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Assist customers with basic queries regarding financial services.
- Coordinate with customers for required documents and application status.
- Maintain customer records and daily call reports.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in sales, customer service, and financial products.
- Interested candidates can share their CV.(phone hidden)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
