Experience: 8–12 years in teaching, including 3–5 years in academic leadership.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Academic Head to lead academic planning, curriculum implementation, teacher performance, and student learning outcomes in our CBSE school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage academic planning and CBSE curriculum implementation.
- Monitor lesson plans, classroom teaching, and syllabus completion.
- Conduct classroom observations, teacher training, and academic review meetings.
- Analyse examination results and implement strategies to improve student performance.
- Plan remedial classes and ensure compliance with CBSE requirements.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, the Principal, and school management.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant subject and B.Ed.
- Solid knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
- Proven academic leadership, teacher management, and result-improvement skills.
