Job Description

We are hiring energetic and hardworking Field Collection Executives for Two-Wheeler Loan EMI Collection.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, collecting pending EMIs, following up on overdue payments, and maintaining daily collection reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers for Two-Wheeler Loan EMI Collection.
- Follow up with customers for pending and overdue EMIs.
- Collect payments through authorised company payment methods.
- Maintain daily visit and collection reports.
- Update customer feedback and payment commitments (PTP).
- Achieve monthly collection targets.
- Maintain professional behaviour and follow RBI guidelines and company policies.





Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate
- Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply.
- Vehicle: Own Bike / Two-Wheeler Required.
- Documents: Valid Driving Licence, Aadhaar Card & PAN Card.
- Skills: Good communication, local area knowledge and basic smartphone handling.
