Compensation

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand sales of welding electrodes, welding consumables, and allied products in the Nepal market.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, fabricators, and industrial customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration.
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, logistics, and customer support.
- Prepare sales reports,



market intelligence, and business forecasts.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 2-6 years of sales experience in the Welding Industry is mandatory.
- Experience in welding electrodes, welding consumables, cutting products, or industrial products preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to undertake frequent travel across Nepal and assigned territories.
- Exposure to export sales or border-market business will be an added advantage.
