Job Title : Civil Site Engineer Department : Construction / Engineering Reports To : Project Manager / Senior Engineer

Job Summary

The Civil Site Engineer supervises construction activities on-site, coordinates with contractors and stakeholders, ensures quality control, and verifies that work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety procedures
- Check and verify materials, measurements, and work quality
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site
- Assist in project planning, scheduling,



and resource allocation
- Maintain proper documentation (drawings, reports, site records, etc.)

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in construction/site engineering (typically 1-5+ years)
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Strong understanding of safety and quality standards
