About the Role V G S Industries is looking for a dynamic and execution-focused professional to drive Operational Excellence initiatives across our manufacturing units.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor operational excellence initiatives on the shop floor
- Drive improvement projects using tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean, and root cause analysis
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process documents, and standard work practices
- Track and analyze KPIs related to productivity, quality, efficiency, and downtime
- Conduct internal audits as per ISO standards and support external audits
- Coordinate with production, quality, and planning teams for process improvements
- Ensure adherence to defined systems, processes, and quality standards
- Conduct training sessions to build awareness on best practices and process discipline

Qualifications :

- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, quality, or process improvement
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification preferred

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of quality and improvement tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean, and basic Six Sigma
- Positive analytical and problem-solving ability




- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

Preferred Profile

- Experience in SOP development, KPI tracking, and process standardization
- Exposure to manufacturing environments such as assembly, molding, or production lines
- Hands-on approach with ability to work closely with shop floor teams
