Client Insights is transforming healthcare data infrastructure through a secure, scalable, cloud‑native platform. Our DevOps team builds and operates the foundation that powers our multi‑tenant SaaS environment.

About the Role

As a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer, you will design, build, and operate the cloud infrastructure that supports our multi‑instance SaaS platform. You will work across AWS and Azure, using Infrastructure as Code and automation to ensure consistency, reliability, and performance across all environments.

What You Will Do

- Build and operate multi‑tenant, multi‑instance SaaS infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
- Use Terraform to provision, scale, and manage cloud environments with repeatability and governance.
- Implement automation for deployment, monitoring, and reliability engineering.
- Ensure consistency across environments through standardized IaC modules and platform patterns.
- Collaborate with platform,



product, and security teams to optimize performance, cost, and deployment workflows.
- Support containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud‑native services.
- Strengthen observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and related tools.

What We’re Looking For

- Deep experience operating cloud‑native, multi‑tenant SaaS platforms.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with AWS, Azure, and Terraform .
- Solid background in automation, monitoring, and reliability engineering.
- Experience supporting multi‑instance architectures and enforcing environment consistency.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
