Location : Thane, Mumbai Working Days : Monday to Saturday

About the Role This opportunity is created for fresh engineering graduates who are serious about building a career in the oil and gas EPC sector. As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will gain real project exposure and understand how engineering concepts are applied from initial design through execution and commissioning. You will work closely with experienced engineers and learn through day to day project involvement rather than only theoretical training.

Eligibility Criteria

- Pass Out Batch 2026, 2025, or 2024

- Engineering streams Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, Instrumentation or Petrochemical :

- Freshers are eligible to apply

Key Learning and Responsibilities

Industry Understanding

- Develop a clear understanding of oil and gas processes and plant operations
- Learn basics of storage systems, transfer systems, and industrial safety practices
- Understand mechanical, piping, and basic process engineering concepts used in projects
- Gain awareness of how EPC projects are executed from engineering stage to commissioning

Engineering and Project Exposure

- Assist senior engineers in preparation of drawings, documentation, and basic calculations
- Support project coordination, reporting, and technical data management
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities when required




- Learn safety procedures, permit systems, and quality practices followed at project sites

Documentation and Analysis

- Prepare technical reports, Excel trackers, and presentations
- Support data collection, estimation basics, and project progress monitoring
- Maintain clear and organized engineering records and documents

Required Skills and Knowledge

Technical Foundation

- Basic understanding of oil and gas concepts, processes, and engineering fundamentals

Software Skills

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory
- Basic exposure to AutoCAD or similar engineering software will be an added advantage

Personal Qualities

- Strong willingness to learn and grow from the ground level
- Discipline, curiosity, and responsibility toward assigned work
- Comfortable with site exposure and real project environments
- Clear interest in building a long term career in the oil and gas EPC industry
- Practical industry learning beyond classroom theory

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
