Technical Compliance: Read and interpret construction drawings and method statements to ensure correct detailing at corners, down-take pipes, and joints.
2. Quality Control & Testing
Testing: Conduct pond testing/water retention tests to verify the effectiveness of the waterproofing and document results.
Authorized Applicator Standards: Ensure the work meets the high standards required by Dr. Fixit for warranty issuance.
3. Site Management & Coordination
Team Management: Guide and instruct applicators/laborers on the correct techniques, ensuring productivity targets.
Material Management: Monitor inventory, material consumption,
and ensure proper storage of waterproofing chemicals to prevent wastage.
Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, and main site engineers regarding site readiness and work front handover.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Daily Reports: Maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and labor attendance.
Billing Support: Record executed quantities, take measurements, and assist in joint inspections for billing and invoicing
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
