Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and as per project specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise daily site activities and workforce (labours, masons, subcontractors)
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
- Monitor material usage and avoid wastage
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed
- Plan and allocate daily work tasks to the team
- Maintain site discipline and productivity
- Report daily progress to higher management

Requirements :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil construction
- Experience in residential/commercial projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution
- Ability to handle manpower and manage site operations
- Basic understanding of drawings and measurements

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
