What You’ll Do :

- Consultative Calling : Reach out to aspiring engineers and designers to understand their career goals.
- Career Guidance : Educate students on the importance of BIM, Revit, and Interior Design in today's job market.
- Relationship Building : Maintain a database of leads and follow up diligently to build trust.

What We’re Looking For :

- 1-3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Education Counseling.
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English .
- A "target-driven" mindset with a "student-first" heart.
- Familiarity with the engineering or design education sector is a major plus!
