Role: Japanese Bilingual - Automation Tester

- Skills: Playwright | Location: Chennai / Pune

- Role Summary:

- Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright and related tools

- Convert manual test cases into automation and integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines

- Perform in-sprint, integration, and regression testing in Agile environments

- Analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with development teams

- Coordinate effectively with Japanese customers, onsite, and offshore teams

- Mentor junior testers and contribute to testing process improvements

- Must-Have Skills:

- Japanese proficiency (JLPT N3 / N2) - fluent in reading, writing, and speaking

- Strong experience in Automation Testing (Playwright, Selenium, Postman, etc.)





- Solid knowledge of STLC, defect management, and version control

- Experience with CI/CD tools and Agile delivery models

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Positive-to-Have Skills:

- Exposure to DevOps, Agile, Security testing, or P&C; Insurance domain

- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Jira, ServiceNow

- Basic knowledge of database testing or performance testing
