- Supervise all finishing activities at the construction site including plaster, painting, tiling, flooring, waterproofing, false ceiling, and final touch-up work.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained as per company guidelines and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and site engineers for smooth execution of finishing work.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Inspect workmanship and resolve finishing-related issues on site.
- Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain safety standards and site discipline during execution.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management regularly.
- Conduct final quality checks before handover.





Requirements :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction finishing work.
- Strong knowledge of interior and exterior finishing activities.
- Ability to handle manpower and contractors efficiently.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
