- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. - Build customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce configuration. - Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to development teams. - Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce development standards and best practices. - Lead SDLC governance, release planning, deployment strategy, and production readiness reviews. - Design enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Middleware, and event-driven architecture patterns. - Mentor Salesforce developers and administrators. - Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, and performance optimization initiatives. - Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical production incidents. - Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define Salesforce strategy and roadmap. - Develop and manage processes to continuously monitor data quality, integrity, and governance. - Define and maintain coding standards, architecture principles, and technical documentation. - Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MCA, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field. - 8-12+ years of Salesforce platform experience with proven technical leadership. - Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce architecture.
