Product Manager - Technical (PMT)

Overview

- Been the victim of credit card fraud and thought, “I want vengeance!” Yeah, we get it.
- Want to feel your spine tingle by thwarting credit card fraudsters across the globe?
- Interested in creating innovative software for combating scammers?

This position is responsible for working directly with the programs supporting those market-facing products to develop a shared roadmap and corresponding backlog written in development-ready detail.

Role

Serves as the bridge between product marketing and engineering by

- Forming deep and meaningful relationships with our partners in product to better understand the business drivers and ensure we are technologically-aligned to its demands.




- Works independently and with mínimal supervision to translate these relationships and this knowledge into structured and actionable work for a team of Software Engineers.

All About You

- A precise written and verbal communicator.
- Curious and helpful by nature. Likes to understand the whys and hows.
- Organized. Able to take wild, loose, and wide-ranging abstract inputs from all over and evolve into iterative concrete action within a tool like JIRA, Rally, or Asana.

Education

- Required undergraduate degree in Computer Science or in a Business or STEM-intensive degree program with related experiences in software engineering and/or data analytics.
- Preferred graduate degree in Computer Science or Business with related experience in fintech and payments.
