The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified truck drivers for the company’s fleet operations. The role involves field visits, driver networking, document verification, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure adequate driver availability.

- Identify and recruit Heavy Vehicle Drivers (HVD) for Trucks, Trailers

- Visit truck parking areas, transport nagars, fuel stations, dhabas, and toll plazas to find drivers.

- Build relationships with local driver unions, driver agents, and driver communities .

- Use job portals, WhatsApp groups, driver associations, and social media to attract drivers.

- Conduct walk-in recruitment drives in driver-dense locations.

- Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License :

- Driver Badge (if applicable) :

- Aadhar Card :

- PAN Card :

- Previous employer references :

- Ensure license authenticity and validity.

- Build a network of driver suppliers and driver agents .

- Fleet owners

- Driver recruiters

- Local transport offices

- Create referral programs for drivers :

- Work with transport supervisors and fleet managers to understand driver requirements.

- Arrange replacement drivers when existing drivers leave or are absent.

- Ensure minimum driver shortage for operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
