Functional Responsibilities

- Operations Management

1) You shall report to the Senior Manager - Statutory & Legal.

- Valet Parking Services

1) Greet patients, visitors, and staff upon arrival and provide valet parking services.

2) Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas.

3) Ensure smooth traffic flow and orderly parking in the hospital premises.

- Customer Service

1) Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with luggage, wheelchairs, or mobility aids.

2) Address queries and provide directions or assistance as needed.

- Safety and Security

1) Ensure the safety and security of all vehicles while in custody.

2) Report any incidents, damages, or suspicious activities to the supervisor immediately.

- Vehicle Handling

1) Drive vehicles of various types, including automatic and manual transmissions, efficiently and carefully.

Maintain a clean driving record and operate vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and hospital policies.

- Communication and Coordination

1) Communicate effectively with the Valet Supervisor and team for smooth operations.

2) Coordinate with security and facilities staff for managing parking logistics during peak hours or emergencies.

- Maintenance of Valet Area

1) Keep the valet area clean, organized, and free of obstructions.

2) Arrange for prompt assistance or alternate parking solutions during high traffic times.

- Documentation and Record Keeping

1) Issue and manage valet tickets accurately.

Maintain logs of vehicle details, times, and any incidents or observations.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
